Debbie Bartlett
Biographical Sketch
Debbie works part-time for the
Florida Mission Center (FMC) supporting the staff through various
administrative functions, as FMC Recorder, contact and scheduler for Deerhaven renters, liaison and secretarial support for camp
directors, and a communicator and contact person for the mission center. Her full-time job is mother to Ashley and
Alec and wife to David.
Debbie graduated with a BS in
Hospitality Management from the University
of Central Florida. She worked for Hyatt Regency for four years,
starting in Rooms Division and ending in Human Resources as Payroll/Benefits
Administrator. Her previous work
experience also includes travel agent, catering assistant for Marriott and
college-work study for Martin Marietta.
She has been home as a full-time mother and school, community, and
church volunteer for the past ten years.
Debbie has been a part of the Orlando congregation since
1979. She currently holds the office of Elder. She has a passion for youth and family
ministries and has participated in a variety of roles, including youth leader, Children’s
Education Coordinator, development of a Young Adult group and class, counselor
to the pastor, worship leader, etc.
